SAMHAIN TEA CEREMONY & WOMEN'S CIRCLE at Devotion Studio in Croton-on-Hudson, NY // Saturday, November 7th, 1:30-3:30pm EST

Samhain Women’s Circle & Tea Ceremony
Saturday, November 7 | 1:30–3:30 PM
Devotion Studio · Croton-on-Hudson, NY

As the days grow shorter and the Earth draws inward, Samhain invites us to pause at the threshold between seasons, honor our ancestors, and listen for the wisdom that emerges in the quiet.

Join us for an afternoon of Tea Ceremony and women’s circle as we turn toward the darker half of the year. Together, we’ll create space to remember those who came before us, reflect on what we are ready to release, and tend to what needs rest and care within us.

Through Tea, ritual, and community, we’ll deepen our relationship with Mother Earth and the unseen support that accompanies us through times of transition.

In this gathering, we will:

Share a reverent, silent Tea Meditation to quiet the mind and listen through the body.

  • Honor our ancestors and the gifts, stories, and wisdom we carry forward.

  • Cleanse and protect our energy fields from any unwanted energies we do not wish to carry into the year ahead.

  • Participate in a releasing ritual to honor what is ready to die away, allowing endings to be witnessed and plant our ‘seeds’ of intention with care.

  • Journal, breathe, and share in circle as we explore what needs rest and tending through winter.

Please bring a journal to gather any reflections or wisdom that arise. You are also welcome to bring photos, heirlooms, or meaningful items that connect you with your ancestors to place on our altar during the ceremony. All items will return home with you afterward. Please arrive by 1:15 PM to settle in before we begin.

RACHEL JESIEN - Priestess of Avalon, Yoga Therapist, Ceremonialist

Born a natural Seeress and Oracle, Rachel's work bridges the physical and spiritual realms to facilitate healing on all levels. Her Shamanic Priestess path spans over 15 years and has woven its spiral around the world many times, studying Shamanism in Australia, Peru, Ireland, and most recently she completed a three year Priestess of Avalon initiation within the Glastonbury Goddess Temple, rooted in the Celtic Isles, traditional land of her ancestors. Rachel believes that all suffering stems from our disconnection from our Earth Mother and Her natural rhythms, and by bringing ancient traditions alive in the modern world, we can find our way back to our true purpose as the Earth's guardians. Rachel provides spiritual mentoring to a global community through Shamanic Healing Sessions, New & Full Moon Ceremonies, Sacred Pilgrimage, and Priest/ess Trainings throughout the year at the River Valley Goddess Temple in Croton on Hudson, NY, traditional lands of the Kitchawanc people. She is also a medical intuitive and backcare & scoliosis yoga therapist who has been able to heal her severe scoliosis through a specialized home yoga therapy practice.
